Life is too short to be stuck.
I’ve always had a passion for health and wellness, and yeah, I loved my wine too. “Everything in moderation” was my mantra—until moderation stopped working for me, and I knew it was time for a change. That decision flipped the script on my life. My vision got bigger, bolder, and better.
I reconnected with what truly brought me joy and broke free from the detox-to-retox cycle (you know, yoga and green smoothies by day, too much wine by night). I set goals that made me excited, goals that inspired me to level up in every way.
I doubled down on my mental health, hired a coach, joined a program, and invested—time, energy, and yes, money—in truly understanding myself. I let go of what no longer served me, embracing new paradigms and fresh perspectives.
Now, I’m here to share my journey as your Health & Wellness Guru. Whether it’s setting fitness goals, cutting back on alcohol, diving into self-care, or having conscious fun, I’ve got the step-by-steps, the how-to’s, and the power of progress over perfection. Let’s do this together.
