Health, Wellness & Fitness have served many purposes in my life - a source of purpose, accomplishment, therapy, self care, adventure and well to be honest... looking hot! :) There's no shame in that game and I love helping clients feel all the feels too.

Life is too short to be stuck.
I've always loved health and wellness, and I've always loved wine. All things in moderation was my motto! Until, moderation was no longer working for me and I decided to make a change. From that moment, my vision for myself got bigger, bolder and better. I got reacquainted with things that brought me joy! I stopped being available for the detox just to retox loop (aka yoga and green smoothies by day, excess of wine by night). And I set goals for myself. Goals I fell in love with. Goals that got me excited and inspired!
I doubled down on my mental health, I hired a coach, I joined a program, and I invested (time, energy and yes, money) in learning about myself. I also, let go of the things that were no longer serving me. So many shifts and new paradigms!
I want to share my expertise (Health & Wellness Guru) with what I've learned recently (Less Alcohol, More Self-Care, Conscious Fun) - the step-by-steps, the how-to's, the daily practice and the power of connection and progress, not perfection.
