Triceps Burnout to finish off your workout. I add these to ANY workout!! It’s just a little bonus work to target those triceps!! This can be a stubborn area for us women so I like to add as much variety into this muscle as possible. I am really loving high volume to ceate a more toned, defined look rather than a bluky arm. Try this burnout!! It’s not easy!! Go for 1 time each side and pause for a stretch in between. When that becomes easy, go two times through one side and then stretch.
