Jumping Jacks x 20
Bench Press x 8
Boxing Bag Kicks x 8 each leg (roundhouses, side kicks, punching combos etc)
Pulls UPs x 5 (assisted by Mom)
Burpees x 10
Single Arm Cable Rows x 6 ea arm
Bicep Curls x 8 ea arm
High Knees x 30
Stretch and Donzo!
