Sunday Funday and we hit the gym!!  I gave THESE guys a workout and they were awesome.

Circuit One:

Push Ups x 10

Jumping Jacks x 20

Bench Press  x 8

Boxing Bag Kicks x 8 each leg (roundhouses, side kicks, punching combos etc)

Circuit Two

Pulls UPs x 5 (assisted by Mom)

Burpees x 10

3x through

Circuit Three

Single Arm Cable Rows x 6 ea arm

Bicep Curls x 8 ea arm

High Knees x 30

3x through

Stretch and Donzo!
